Lakeview - Self Catering Cottage

Lakeview cottage is a detached 2 bedroom self catering barn conversion with panoramic views over 2 fishing lakes and through a patchwork of rolling green countryside to the moors of Cornwall.

This barn was converted in 2017 and sleeps up to 4. The spacious rooms have been tastefully converted and decorated in keeping with a barn.

The accommodation includes:

Ground floor:

• Bedroom with a king bed and ensuite shower room with WC. This bedroom has been converted in a manner that is suitable for guests with limited mobility. Once in the property, the whole ground floor is level.

• Open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with settee and flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD in the lounge, a well equipped kitchen area with the usual facilities of cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave and dining facilities for up to 4 people.

First floor:

• Large beamed bedroom with a king and single bed (allowing single, double or twin occupancy) and ensuite shower room with WC.
• A further larger lounge where guests can relax and enjoy fabulous views across the fishing lakes.

Outside

• Guests have access to all garden areas where there is seating and BBQ available.
• Free fishing throughout your stay - rules apply and booking is necessary.
• Ample parking is available.

Location: beach 18 miles, pub 1 mile and shop 2 miles in Callington.

Minimum 3 day stay at certain times of year.
