Polhilsa Barns - Self Catering
Polhilsa Barns is a large stone walled barn which hosts 3 comfortable self catering cottages which together can sleep up to 18 persons - an ideal venue for large or extended families and groups as well as smaller intimate gatherings.
Facilities
All cottages are well equipped with everything you need to see you through your holiday or short break. All bedrooms have either en-suite shower facilities or use of private bath/shower room immediately outside of the bedroom.
Bed Linen and towels are all supplied and included in the rental charge as is any heating and electric used throughout your stay.
A well behaved dog is welcome in each cottage but dog rules do apply and they must be booked in prior to your stay.
Fishing is free to guests – rules apply and can be viewed on the fishing page.

Upstairs:

- Stunning views over the lakes
Parlour Cottage - sleeps up to 5
Ground floor:
- Kitchen/diner and separate lounge
- Views extending to Bodmin Moor.
Upstairs:
- En-suite twin bedded room
- Family room with a double bed and captains bed
- Private bath/shower room joins the family bedroom.
Moey Cottage - sleeps up to 8
Ground floor:
- Twin bedded room with adjoining shower room
- En-suite double bedded room
- En-suite family room with a double bed and two singles
Upstairs:
- Open plan kitchen/diner/lounge
- Plenty of waterfowl activity can be viewed from the lounge
- Rear views extending to Bodmin Moor
Availability
Please contact us direct by email to discuss availability. Occupation of all self catering accommodation is generally Saturday to Saturday but alternative days and shorter breaks may also be available at certain times of year.
These barns may also be available for slightly longer letting at various times of the year.
Meals available by arrangement
Self catering visitors are welcome to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the our Hospitality Suite although this must be by prior arrangement.
