Situated at the water's edge, this small barn is perfect for a peaceful relaxing break.

Its open plan design allows the barn to accommodate up to 2 persons although a cot or small bed can be added for toddlers and babies.

The accommodation includes:

Ground floor:

• Spacious kitchen equipped to a high standard with integrated oven and hob with extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
• Open plan dining room/lounge leading off the kitchen with comfortable reclining leather suite, TV with Freeview and DVD.
• Large patio doors opening out into the garden with fantastic views over the lakes and towards Bodmin Moor.

First Floor

• Galleried bedroom approached via a staircase from the kitchen.
• Small, comfortable bathroom with shower and bath leading off the bedroom.
• Guests can watch the wall mounted flat screen TV whilst lying in bed or take in the moorland and lake views through the large French doors that open out onto a glass balcony.

Outside

• Guests are welcome to use the shared garden that also has BBQ facilities.
• Plenty of parking is available at the farm.
• Free fishing throughout your stay - rules apply.

One dog by prior arrangement. No smoking within the property.
